"Pricing felt unclear"
I was checking out hiproof.com, the pricing confused me right away. I couldn’t quickly figure out what I’d actually be paying or what was included.
You kind of expect the basic cost details to be easy to find, but it felt like I had to click around too much just to understand the basics. That made the whole thing feel a little frustrating.
Maybe it works fine for some people, but I’m not a fan of sites where you can’t see the price clearly upfront. I ended up leaving without buying anything.

"Warranty support basically disappeared"
I reached out asking about the warranty, and after that they just stopped replying. Maybe they didn’t want to deal with it, I don’t know, but it definitely felt like I was being ignored once the warranty question came up.

"Still haven’t heard back"
I reached out twice and, i still haven’t gotten a clear answer. I was just hoping for a simple reply, but no reply, no real update, nothing.

"Expected quicker help with my claim"
I contacted them for help with my insurance claim, i expected the process to move a lot faster. It felt slow and confusing, and I had to keep following up just to get updates. The answers I got weren’t very clear either, which made the whole thing more stressful than helpful. Maybe other people had a better experience, but for me, it wasn’t what I was hoping for

"Looks fine, but I blame the install for the leaks"
At first the roof looked good, so I thought everything was fine. But after a few heavy rains, I started noticing small leaks near the edge, and when it gets windy there’s this annoying flapping sound. i feel like they rushed my install or didn’t seal things properly, because this shouldn’t be happening so soon. Support was slow to get back to me too, which made the whole thing more frustrating. It’s not a total disaster, but for what I paid, I expected a lot better.

"Delivery timing was really misleading"
I’m still waiting for my order and it’s already way past the schedule they made it sound like I could count on. The wording was misleading, because I expected it much sooner based on what they said. Really frustrating

"I expected the crew from hiproof.com to..."
I expected the crew from hiproof.com to make things easier for me, but that wasn’t really how it went. They showed up late, left a mess behind, and getting clear communication from them was frustrating. I felt like I had to keep checking in and dealing with issues that should’ve been handled on their end. It made the whole job more stressful for me than it needed to be, and I wouldn’t book them again.

"Cleanup was honestly disappointing"
I mean, the work itself was one thing, but the cleanup was, like, really not great. There were nails left all over the place, which was kind of frustrating and a little concerning.
